How much does translation cost?
Translation fees are generally calculated by multiplying the word count (or character count) of the source language by the unit price. If you can send us the sample data or let us know the number of pages for translation, we will be able to provide you with a rough quotation.
However, please note that there may be changes to the rough quotation in accordance with the difficulty of the actual translation content, and the deadline, etc. We can also give you suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce costs with regard to glossaries and translation styles, so feel free to contact us to discuss the details.
How many days are required for translation?
We will quote the shortest deadline possible in accordance with the translation volume (number of words or characters) and difficulty of the content. If you have a desired deadline, please let us know. We will do our best to meet your desired deadline.

Does Torindo’s translation service include native checks?
Translations provided by Torindo are generally translated by translators who are native speakers of the target language. However, if necessary, we are able to provide additional double-checks by other native speakers of that target language.
Is Torindo able to provide translations from Japanese and English?
With an English source, Torindo is able to provide translations to any language.
Torindo is also able to provide translations direct from a Japanese source to major languages such as Asian languages, French, and German.
Is it safe to request translations for highly confidential technical documents?
Torindo signs a non-disclosure agreement with customers who handle such confidential information. In addition, our contracted translators also sign a non-disclosure agreement with us, and we ensure thorough management of data with a secure specialized data transfer system.
