In addition to the ISO 17100 certification in medical and industrial translations (Japanese-to-English, English-to-Japanese) that Torindo Co., Ltd. has acquired in 2016, we have acquired the same certification for our translation services in the tourism field (Japanese-to-English) in July 2020.
ISO 17100 establishes requirements for work processes, translators (qualifications and competences), as well as other aspects necessary for the delivery of high-quality translation services.
With this certification, it has been recognized that Torindo Co., Ltd. has in place a translation quality control system that can provide high-quality translation services. We will continue to carry out thorough quality management in order to improve customer satisfaction.
