How much does manual production cost?
If you can provide us with a sample of a previous manual, we will be able to provide you with a rough quotation. If you would like an exact quotation, we will visit you to discuss the details of your request and we will give an exact quotation of the production cost in accordance with whether you have reference materials, such as product specifications, technical documents, product pamphlets, or existing translations or glossaries. Please feel free to contact us with your inquiry.
How many days are required for manual production?
We will estimate and propose a schedule in accordance with your desired deadline. Please provide us with information such as the character/word count or page count of the text to be translated, and whether you have past data/translations that can be reused in the new translations. We will leverage the know-how we have accumulated over our long years in the industry to provide you with a proposal best suited for your company.
I would like to request for the production of an industrial equipment manual, but the actual machine is in the factory. How does Torindo proceed with the manual production (writing) process?
With the help and cooperation of the person in charge of product development at your company, our director and writers will visit your factory to see and test out the actual machine, and we will then carry out manual writing and production. Please contact us to discuss the details, and we will proceed according to your requirements. We will visit you anywhere in Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
Is Torindo able to provide DTP services for special languages such as Thai?
Torindo has specialized operators who are able to handle languages that require special know-how, such as Thai and Arabic. We accept both requests for the entire production procedure from translation to DTP, and for DTP services only.
