Work location
Our office is located in Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo (1-minute walk from Exit A3 of Mita Station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line). It’s close to the station and convenient for commuting!
We apply a hybrid work system with our employees mostly working from home. (*When you join our company, you will mostly be required to work at our physical office for the first few months.)
Working hours
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 8 hours of work (You can choose your start time from between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and have your end time shifted accordingly)
Workdays
Every Monday to Friday
Holidays/Off days
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (as per the Japanese calendar), summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave (can be taken from 1 hour), special leave for special occasions, childcare and nursing care leave
Job training
New employee training, leadership training (for executive positions), on-the-job training, IT skills training, qualification support system, etc.
Allowances
